Ingredients:
- 4 cups Full fat milk
- ¾ cup Sugar (as required)
- ½ cup Corn starch mixed with ½ cup water
- 3 - 4 drops Rose essence
- Strawberry / Pistachios for decoration
Making
Mix the sugar, corn starch and ½ cup water to form a paste without any lump.
In saucepan bring the milk to boil, keep stirring the milk so that it does not stick or burn at the bottom of the pan.
Lower the flame to the minimum and start adding the corn starch mixture while continuously stirring and let the mixture cook for another 2 to 4 minutes approximately until the mixture thickens. Off the heat and add in the Rose essence and continue stirring well. Allow it to cool down a bit.
Pour the mixture into the serving dish and place it in the fridge to set for 3 to 4 hours. Garnish with chopped Pistachios and strawberry.
This pudding just melts in your mouth.
