This delightfully stunning cocktail is just-pressed grape juice, blending it with flavonoids such as ginger, ​lemon and sparkling water to keep it from tasting too sweet.  One sip will bring a zinc in your mouth with bursting flavours and receive applaud from your family and friends.
No soda, no alcohol, all natural……

A perfect combination of luscious red grapes and ginger, is a must to have this summer.  Super healthy and easy to make with simple ingredients that is natural coolant for your body.  Fruits that have a high water content such as grapes, ​are loaded with essential nutrients and antioxidants, that ​are your best for staying cool this summer.

Grapes

Flavonoids and resveratrol in red grapes are known for their heart disease prevention properties. Consumption of red wine is good for heart. Grape juice and wine made from these contain antioxidants.  This fruit is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory and contain phytochemicals known as flavonoids, a powerful antioxidants that help to protect the body against damage caused by free radicals and aging.

Mint

Both mint and peppermint have amazing cooling and relaxing properties, and their brisk aroma has the ability to chase away sluggishness when the heat soars and soothe your mind and body. Additionally, mint helps relieve both indigestion and inflammation, which can plague us during the hot summer months.

Ginger

Fresh ginger initially warm you up, but actually help cool you down. It has anti-inflammatory effects, Antioxidant, balance blood sugar, weight loss, etc.

Ingredients​:​

1 bowl red grapes, seedless
750ml sparkling water
½ Lemon juice
1 inch ginger
3 to 4 mint sprigs
1 bowl ice cubes (optional)
Sugar (optional)

Procedure:​

Soak the grapes in salt water for some time and then thoroughly wash it.

In a blender add the coarsely chop grapes, mint​ and ginger with lemon juice, sugar is optional. Grind it to fine liquid paste. This paste can be stored in an air tight container in fridge for upto 2days.  Sieve the paste to remove the pulp and what remains is the luscious bright red colour drink.


The grape pulp can be used as pampering face masks mixed with honey or yogurt, it’s a natural cleanser and moisturizer.


In a tall glass, drop in some ice cube, pour the juice to half the size of the glass.  Pour in the natural sparking water and garnish with grapes and mint sprig and serve it right away.


Make Ahead
The concentrated grape juice can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
