This delightfully stunning cocktail is just-pressed grape juice,
blending it with flavonoids such as ginger wine, lemon and sparkling water to
keep it from tasting too sweet. One sip
will bring a ZINC….. in your mouth with bursting flavours.
A perfect combination of luscious red grapes and ginger and it is a
must to have this winter to keep you warm.
GINGER: Ginger wine initially warm you up, but actually helps cool you
down. It has anti-inflammatory effects,
Antioxidant, balance blood sugar, weight loss, etc.
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl Red Grapes, seedless
- 250 ml Ginger Wine
- 400 ml Sparkling water
- ½ Lemon juice
- 3 – 4 mint sprigs
- 1 bowl ice cubes
- Sugar (optional)
Procedure:
Soak the grapes in salt water for some time and then thoroughly wash
it.
In a blender add the coarsely chop grapes, mint and ginger with lemon
juice, sugar is optional. Grind it to fine liquid paste. This paste can be
stored in an air tight container in fridge for upto 2days. Sieve the paste to
remove the pulp and what remains is the luscious bright red colour drink.
In 4 tall glasses, drop in some ice cube, pour the juice to half the
size of the glass. Pour in the natural sparking water upto 3/4th of the glass
and finally pour little bit of Ginger wine. Garnish with grapes and mint sprig
and serve it right away.
