WATERMELON COOLER /SUMMER BOOSTER DRINK


If you are looking for a yummylicious drink to serve your guests then you must definitely give a try to “Watermelon Cooler”. It’s simple, it’s fast, and it tastes delicious. It is enjoyed by millions every day. They are nice and looks wonderful.

Watermelons are a summer gift, because it is the most refreshing fruit. Watermelons helps our body to stay hydrate, has Vitamin A and C, aids to improve digestion, relieve muscle soreness and the list goes endless. Hence Watermelon are summer energy booster drink. They are delicious on their own, but at times some fruits lack sweetness. This recipe is for those times. After a long summer day, drinking this juice is absolute bliss!

“Watermelon Cooler” is made with watermelon pieces, watermelon juice, mixed with Rooh-Afza syrup and a dash of Lemon / Lime juice. This is an instant relief from the scorching heat. You will be amazed with the simple flavors and how the lemon enhances the taste of watermelon, plus this adds more nutritional value to this drink. Y...u...mm...y…, is all I can say!

Let’s quickly get into the making of “Watermelon Cooler”. This recipe serves for 2 glass. 

Ingredients:

2 cup Watermelon (chopped)

2 cup Watermelon Juice

1 glass chilled Water

2 tablespoon Rooh-Afza Syrup

1 Lemon juice

¼ cup Sugar (optional)

Lemon slice (to garnish)

Ice Cubes (as required)

Procedure:

Deseed the watermelon and cut it into desired shapes.


Into a serving glass add 1 tbsp. Rooh-Afza Syrup.

Pour in 1 cup of the Watermelon juice. This is just Watermelon + Lemon juice blended together without adding any water.

Add in 1 cup of the chopped Watermelon.

Add in half a glass of chilled water and mix well. 


In the end, garnish with Lemon slice and some more Melon pieces.

This Watermelon cooler is a blend of delicious flavor and beautiful pinkish color. Freshly small pieces of Watermelon chunks are added, which gives it a refreshing bite.
